  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse orders at our discretion.
  • Pricing and Payment: Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, or fees, which will be calculated at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and in-store cash/check. All payments are processed securely. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.
  • Shipping and Delivery: For online orders, estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers or customs.
  • In-Store Purchases: Sales in our retail store are final at the point of purchase, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
  • Cancellations: We may cancel any order before shipment for any reason, including stock issues or suspected fraud. You will be notified and refunded promptly.


3. Account Management

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@chattahomesteadsupply.com of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to disable or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or for security reasons, without notice or liability.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chattahoochee County, Georgia. You waive any right to a jury trial.

  • Privacy: Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain issues.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

Return and Refund Policy

 At Chatta Homestead Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our sustainable, homestead-inspired products—whether bought online or in our retail store. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Our Return and Refund Policy is straightforward and designed to support you. Please read the details below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase (for in-store) or delivery (for online) to initiate a return.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition (e.g., unworn for apparel, unopened for seeds or supplements, and undamaged for all products). We cannot accept returns of perishable items like fresh produce or live plants.
  • Valid Reasons: Returns are accepted for the following reasons: 
    • Damaged or defective product upon arrival/purchase.
    • Wrong item received (e.g., incorrect variety or size).
    • Change of mind (subject to a restocking fee; see below).

Returns for change of mind are at our discretion and may incur a 10% restocking fee to cover handling costs.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First (or Visit In-Store): 
    • For online purchases: Email us at support@chattahomesteadsupply.com or call us at (555) 123-4567 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM EST) within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable (e.g., for damage).
    • For in-store purchases: Bring your item and receipt to our retail store during business hours.

  1. Receive Instructions: We'll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and prepaid shipping label (for eligible online returns).
  2. Ship It Back or Drop Off: 
    • Online: Pack the item securely with the RA number visible on the package. Use the provided label and ship it to: Chatta Homestead Supply Returns, PO BOX 899, Cusseta, GA 31805-0899. You must ship within 7 days of receiving the RA.
    • In-Store: Hand the item to a staff member at the returns counter.

Please note: Shipping costs for the return are covered by us only for damaged or wrong-item online returns. For other cases, you'll need to cover return shipping. In-store returns have no shipping fees.


Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days for shipped returns or immediately for in-store), we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or in-store cash/check). Credit card refunds may take 5-10 additional days to appear on your statement.
  • Refund Amount: You'll receive a full refund for the item price (minus any restocking fee or original shipping costs, if applicable). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial Refunds: For damaged items, we may offer a partial refund or replacement at our discretion.
